Terms of use and review rules
1. What FanGuide is
FanGuide is an independent directory of public profiles of Italian creators on OnlyFans, run by Bastavo di Davide Benvenuti. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OnlyFans or Fenix International Ltd. “OnlyFans” is a trademark of Fenix International Ltd, used only to name the platform. By using the site you accept these terms. The Italian version is the binding one.
2. Who may use the site
The site is for adults. Pages contain no explicit images, but the subject is adult. If you are under 18, do not use the site.
3. Page data
Prices, numbers and links come from public profiles and are re-read weekly: they may change between updates. Always check price and conditions on the OnlyFans page before subscribing. FanGuide sells no subscriptions, earns nothing from them and is not a party to the relationship between you, the creator and the platform.
4. Review rules
- Who may write: only people with a direct experience of the reviewed profile (subscription or purchase), within a reasonable time. One review per creator per person.
- Forbidden: insults, comments about bodies or looks, explicit sexual details, personal data (real name, phone, address, private places), accusations of crimes, copied content, texts written or paid for by the creator herself, by competitors or by agencies.
- No buying or selling: nobody may offer or receive money, content or benefits in exchange for a review, positive or negative.
- Moderation: every review is read by a person before publication and may be rejected without explanation if it breaks these rules. We never edit the text: it is published as is, or not at all.
- “Verified” and “unverified”: the “verified purchase” label appears only when the author showed us proof of subscription or purchase (OnlyFans receipt), deleted right after the check. All other reviews are published as “unverified”.
- Right of reply: a creator who claimed her page can reply publicly to each review and ask for its removal if it is false, offensive or against these rules; we assess within 72 hours.
- Liability: authors are responsible for what they write. FanGuide hosts reviews and removes them upon a substantiated report (report content).
5. Claiming pages
Claiming is free and reserved to the profile owner. Whoever requests it declares to be that person; a claim obtained by fraud is cancelled and reported to the owner.
6. Intellectual property
FanGuide’s texts, design and code belong to the owner. Page photos are the creators’ public profile and cover images, which remain theirs; they are shown as reduced previews and removed on request within 24 hours. Trademarks belong to their owners.
7. External links
Links to OnlyFans, Instagram, TikTok, X, Telegram and creators’ sites lead to third-party services with their own rules. We are not responsible for their content or conditions.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep data correct and up to date but cannot guarantee it at every moment, and we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of pages or reviews, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence provided by law.
9. Fair use
Bulk copying of the directory with automated tools, fake reviews, using forms to harass anyone and attempts to access restricted parts of the site are forbidden. We may restrict access to anyone breaking these rules.
10. Law and jurisdiction
Italian law applies. For disputes with consumers the court of the consumer’s residence is competent; otherwise the owner’s court. Write to us first: info@fanguide.it.
